Our shop runs three core decoration methods, and most orders use one of them — or a combination, depending on the garment and the goal:

• Screen printing — the workhorse for bulk t-shirt orders, fundraiser shirts, school programs, and any job with simple-to-moderate color counts where per-piece cost matters.
• Embroidery — the right call for polos, jackets, hats, and any garment where a stitched logo reads as more professional and lasts longer through repeated washes.

What’s the minimum order for custom apparel?

It depends on the decoration method. Screen printing is most cost-effective in volume, so it’s ideal for larger runs, while direct-to-film (DTF) printing and embroidery make smaller orders — even a handful of pieces — practical. Tell us your quantity and we’ll steer you toward the method that fits your budget.

How long does a custom apparel order take?

Most orders are ready within about one to two weeks after you approve the artwork, though timing shifts with quantity, garment availability, and decoration method. What garments can you print or embroider?

If you have a specific garment or brand in mind, we can almost always source it — and we’re happy to recommend styles that hold a print or stitch well.

What artwork or file formats do you need?

Screen printing, embroidery, or DTF — which is right for my order?

Screen printing wins on price for large runs with a few colors; embroidery gives polos, jackets, and hats a premium, long-lasting finish; and DTF handles full-color artwork and short runs. Can I mix garment types, sizes, and colors in one order?

Yes. Many orders combine different garments, sizes, and ink or thread colors — staff polos plus event tees, or a single run with both youth and adult sizes. DTF and embroidery handle mixed orders especially well, and we’ll flag anything that affects your per-piece cost up front.
