We build an online store carrying only the items you approve, decorated with your logo, at prices you set. Your people log in, choose their own size and style, and check out. We produce and ship. You never collect a size, never process a return, and never guess at inventory levels.

Because the catalog is fixed, consistency stops being something you have to enforce. Nobody orders the wrong shirt because the wrong shirt is not offered.

Why turnover makes this worth it

The economics are different in a high-turnover operation. A traditional annual bulk order assumes a stable headcount, so you either over-order and hold dead stock in sizes nobody needs, or under-order and spend the year running small, expensive top-up runs. Neither is good.

A store solves it structurally. New hires order on their first week in their own size. There is no stockroom, no leftover inventory, and no one guessing how many 3XLs to buy in January. For operations running multiple shifts, staff can order on their own time rather than finding a supervisor with a clipboard.

Two models

• On demand. Produced as ordered. No inventory risk, no up-front spend, catalog changes whenever you like. Higher per-unit cost and normal production time per order. Usually the right fit for continuous onboarding.
• Pre-decorated inventory. You commit to a run up front, we hold the stock, and orders ship quickly from it. Lower per-unit cost and fast fulfillment in exchange for committing to quantities. Sensible where annual volume is genuinely predictable.

A common approach is inventory on the two or three core items everyone gets, and on demand for the rest.

Controlling the spend

Where the company is paying, an allowance per employee is usually cleanest: each person gets a set budget, spends it on approved items, and nobody processes reimbursements. Where departments hold their own budgets, they can be invoiced separately. Where staff are buying optional extras – outerwear upgrades, family gear, headwear – they can pay by card, which lets you offer more without funding it.

What to stock

Typically a core of embroidered work shirts and polos, outerwear, headwear, printed t-shirts, and a few branded items such as bottles and bags. Keep it tight. Too much choice slows ordering and fragments the look of the floor.
