Summer is approaching (eventually) which means that outdoor events and festivals are coming up, too. Music festivals that attract a wide demographic usually include art and food attractions and offer an experience! Festivals offer a great opportunity for music fans to watch all of their favorite bands and musicians in one place. The ability to pick and choose your favorite bands at many festivals makes the experience completely personalized for each festival-goer. Most festivals attract up to 20,000 attendees. So, with all of those eyes on you brand, we’re here to let you know which items will give you the most bang for your buck!

Caps and Headwear

The majority of music festivals take place during the summer. This means that the weather may be unfavorable. Temperatures at Coachella, for example, can reach the triple digits. Caps should be your go-to giveaway! Cotton is the best option because it is versatile and absorbent. The brighter the color, the better. Brightly colored caps are more effective at deflecting sun rays. To maximize brand exposure and promotion, create a dedicated social media hashtag that connects your product to your sponsored music festival.

Sunglasses

A set of sunglasses rounds out a festival-anti-sun goer’s ray starter kit.  After hours of exposure to stage lights, they can also become quite taxing. If you can afford to splurge on the material, eco-friendly wood or cork may be preferable to plastic for the festival-goer demographic.

Waterbottles and Drinkware

Due to the heat, many are prone to dehydration. This is your brand’s opportunity to be a good Samaritan by providing water containers in the form of a bottle or a tumbler. Typically, these festivals have free water stations on-site where guests can refill their containers. All of the festival-goers’ dancing, jumping, and body swaying depletes their bodies of much-needed H2O. Your bottles and tumblers can come in handy here.
