How it works

We build an online store carrying only the items you approve, decorated with your logo, at prices you set. Your people log in, choose their own size and style, and check out. We produce and ship – to one address or to each person individually. You never collect a size, never handle a return, and never sit on inventory you guessed wrong about.

Because the catalog is fixed, brand consistency stops being something you police. Nobody can order the wrong shade of polo, because the wrong shade is not in the store.

The four situations where it pays off

• Continuous hiring. Anywhere staff join year-round – healthcare, distribution, hospitality, contracting – a bulk annual order is always either short or wrong. On-demand ordering means a new hire gets the right garment in their first week.
• People spread across sites. Multi-location retailers, restaurant groups, field crews, hybrid offices and multi-building institutions all have the same problem: a box delivered to head office helps nobody. A store ships to the person.

Two models

• On demand. Items are produced as ordered. No inventory risk, no up-front spend, and the catalog can change whenever you like. Higher per-unit cost and normal production time per order.
• Pre-decorated inventory. You commit to a run up front, we hold the stock, and orders ship quickly from it. Lower per-unit cost and fast fulfillment, in exchange for committing to quantities in advance.

Many organizations run both – inventory on the two or three items everyone orders, on demand for everything else. A third option, particularly useful for seasonal programs, is a fixed ordering window: open the store for two or three weeks, close it, produce in one batch. That gets inventory-style pricing without inventory risk.

Controlling the spend

Stores can be set up several ways depending on who pays. Individuals pay by card, which is what makes family, student, alumni and volunteer gear workable at all. Departments can be invoiced separately, which suits institutions and municipalities where budgets are held locally. Or you can issue an allowance per employee, which handles a uniform entitlement cleanly without processing dozens of reimbursements.

What goes in it

Typically a core of embroidered custom apparel, printed t-shirts, outerwear, headwear and a handful of promotional items such as bags and drinkware. Where hi-vis forms part of a uniform, it can sit in the store too. Keep the catalog tight – too much choice slows people down and fragments your brand.
